Step 3 – Claim PDUs for Working

As of Dec 1, 2017, you can now claim only 2 PDUs per every 9 months of paid work in a PM-related position over the last 3 years since you were (re-)certified, up to a maximum of 8 PDUs for working 3 years. For example, if you worked three years in PM since the last time you were (re-)certified, you can claim the maximum 8 PDUs for “Work as a Practitioner”. You will need to provide your job title, employer name, starting and ending dates and an optional description of how your job responsibilities relate to the certification.

According to PMI, you can only submit one PDU claim for work per renewal cycle, so you could list multiple employers in your one claim or just list your main employer.
